Johnson Manyakara
Founder & Chairman
Johnson Manyakara is an academic excellence winning business leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years in HR Management, 15 of which at a strategic level, covering Mining, Agro Industries, Manufacturing and Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Having run Mandel Training Centre, the leading Private Sector Management and Leadership Development Institute in Zimbabwe for over 7 years as its CEO, Johnson founded Flexible Resourcing Consultancy (FRC) – an entity that offers flexible resourcing solutions to both new and established businesses, and institutions, solutions at the forefront of “best practice” in the field.
He has also founded Board Leadership Zimbabwe, an FRC business portfolio positioned to provide Board and Director capacity building in Southern Africa.
Johnson Manyakara chairs the Cimas Healthcare Services Board, the Cimas Health Education Fund, the Zimbabwe Private Sector HIV and wellness Board (ZIPSHAW) and the Zimbabwe Business Council on Wellness (ZBCW). He is a past president of the Employers Confederation of Zimbabwe (EMCOZ) and the Founder of the Little Falls Foundation Trust a Trust seeking to contribute towards sustainable development/climate change efforts in Zimbabwe.

Terrence Chimanya

Terrence is a highly sought after risk advisory, compliance, corporate governance, and company secretariat specialist, with international experience gained from working for, and with, various organisations in Africa, Europe, and the USA. He has given numerous talks on a wide range of topics in the governance, risk management and compliance field to private and public sector delegates in these jurisdictions over the last decade, and continues to be involved in shaping the thinking and knowledge development in this space. Terrence is currently a Group Executive – Financial Services, Special Economic Zones, Governance and Risk with the Diaspora Infrastructure Development Group for Zimbabwe and South Africa. He previously worked for one of the largest metropolitan municipality is South Africa, where he headed up the governance, risk, compliance division and special projects. Prior to that, Terrence was a Senior Manager in the Risk Advisory Services Division at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where he consulted to entities in the hospitality, mining, financial services, property development, railways, security, government, healthcare and local authorities, amongst others.
